He is a graduate of Cornell University, University of California at Berkeley, and Georgetown University. Mr. Perna also serves on the Board of Directors of The Development Group for Alternative Policies, an international aid organization, the George Woodward Co. B.T., a Philadelphia real estate and investment company, and as Chairman of the Board of Homestead Funds, Inc., a family of mutual funds.
