Martin Hogan

Executive Vice President, Study Abroad,
CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange –

Martin Hogan is the Executive Vice President, Study Abroad for CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange. He oversees academic program development and operations, U.S. institutional relations and outreach, and ancillary services for CIEE’s portfolio of 125 programs in 42 countries around the globe. In addition, he oversees CIEE’s membership services, a variety of research initiatives, and faculty development programming. Martin is a co-author of the revised curriculum for the NAFSA: Association of International Educators Short-Term Study Abroad Workshop. He has served on the NAFSA leadership team as a member of the Public Policy and Practice Committee in addition to volunteer work on a number of industry committees. He regularly presents at international education conferences in the U.S. and abroad. Martin completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; received his Master of Arts degree from St. John’s College; and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the State University of New York.
